Definitions and Interpretation

The following words and terms used in this document have the meanings set out below:

• "bk44" or "Platform" — the online betting and casino service operated under the bk44 brand, including the website, mobile app and all associated digital channels.
• "User" or "Member" — any person who holds a registered account on bk44.
• "Account" — the unique digital account opened in a user's name for the purpose of using bk44 services.
• "Bet" — any wager, stake or bet placed on the platform.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit or benefit granted by bk44.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the condition requiring a specified number of bets to be placed before any winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — the identity verification process, which may require submission of a copy of a national ID card or passport.

In this document, "we" and "our" refer to the organisation operating bk44, and "you" and "your" refer to the relevant user or member.

Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on bk44, you must provide accurate and complete information. bk44 reserves the right to cancel any account opened with false or incomplete information at any time. Information required at registration:

• Full name (as on national ID card)
• Date of birth
• Mobile number
• Email address
• Payment method details

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may open only one account. Opening or operating more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

2.3 Account Identity Verification (KYC)

bk44 may verify a member's identity at any time. Submission of identity documents may be mandatory for the first withdrawal or for transactions above a certain amount. The withdrawal process may be on hold until verification is complete.

2.4 Password and Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password completely confidential. You must not share your password with anyone or allow others to use your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bk44 support immediately.

Age Restriction and Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements must be met to register and use the bk44 platform:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
• You must have the legal capacity to make decisions voluntarily and independently.
• Access from any country or region where online betting is legally prohibited is not permitted.
• You must not be a person whose account was previously banned or cancelled by bk44.

If any information regarding age or identity is found to be false, the account and all balances will be forfeited and appropriate action will be taken.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on bk44 is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank). The correct reference number must be used when making a deposit; bk44 will not be responsible for delayed or failed transactions caused by incorrect information.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for deposit. KYC verification must be completed before requesting a withdrawal.

4.3 Transaction Verification

bk44 may hold a suspicious transaction until it has been verified. Additional information may be requested for unusual transactions under Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% bonus is available on the first deposit at bk44, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500; to withdraw this bonus, bets totalling ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be placed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is not "free" cash — it cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once by the same person, household, device or IP address.
• bk44 may change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus terms are breached, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• Bonus contribution rates may vary depending on the casino and betting game.

5.2 VIP Cashback

The bk44 VIP programme has four tiers. Each tier provides a cashback at a set rate on weekly net losses: Bronze — up to 0.3%, Silver — up to 0.6%, Gold — up to 0.9%, Platinum — up to 1.2%. Example: if a Gold member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback.

Betting Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

A bet will only be considered valid once it has been successfully confirmed on the platform and deducted from the balance. Incomplete bets due to technical errors or disconnection may be considered void.

6.2 Incorrect Odds and Pricing

If incorrect odds are displayed due to human or technical error, bk44 reserves the right to cancel those bets or reassess them at the corrected odds. In such cases, the original stake will be returned.

6.3 Sports Betting

In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or abandoned, the bet will be voided and the stake returned. Winnings from successful bets will be credited only after the result is confirmed. If there is a dispute over the outcome of an event, bk44 will follow the decision of the relevant authority.

6.4 Live Casino and Slots

If a round is not completed due to a technical error in live casino or slot games, the bet for that round may be cancelled. Game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) or live dealer methods, and bk44 does not manipulate these outcomes.

Prohibited Activities

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name or opening an account using another person's identity.
• Using multiple accounts to improperly claim bonus benefits (bonus abuse).
• Manipulating betting patterns or attempting to influence bet outcomes by artificial means.
• Attempting unauthorised access to or hacking of the platform's software or servers.
• Depositing funds using stolen or another person's payment method.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other members.
• Placing bets using prohibited software, bots or automated methods.

Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by bk44

bk44 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or fraudulent information.
• Suspicious or irregular transactions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Legal reasons or instructions from authorities.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request closure of your own account at any time. Contact the support team to begin this process. Any outstanding balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, however incomplete bets and bonuses may be forfeited.

12.1 Submitting a Complaint

If you have any objection or complaint, please first contact the bk44 support team via 24/7 live chat or email. The support team provides assistance in both Bengali and English.

12.2 Resolution Timeframe

General complaints are resolved as quickly as possible. Complex matters may require additional time for investigation. The relevant account may be temporarily restricted while an investigation is ongoing.

12.3 Final Decision
